Vanilla cupcakes with strawberry buttercream

These cupcakes are a classic treat, perfect for any celebration or as a sweet treat throughout the day. Their smooth flavor and strawberry cream make them a customer favorite.

Ingredients for the cupcakes:

  • 120 g butter
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 ml of milk

Ingredients for the buttercream:

  • 150 g of butter
  • 250 g of icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of natural strawberry puree

Preparation:

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
  2. Add the eggs one by one and then the vanilla essence.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk.
  4. Fill cupcake molds ¾ full and bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
  5. For the buttercream, beat the butter with the icing sugar and add the strawberry puree.
  6. Decorate the cupcakes once they have cooled.

Tip: You can add colored sprinkles to give them a more festive touch.
