Ingredients for the cupcakes:
- 120 g butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 200 g of flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 100 ml of milk
Ingredients for the buttercream:
- 150 g of butter
- 250 g of icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of natural strawberry puree
Preparation:
- Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the eggs one by one and then the vanilla essence.
- Add the flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk.
- Fill cupcake molds ¾ full and bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
- For the buttercream, beat the butter with the icing sugar and add the strawberry puree.
- Decorate the cupcakes once they have cooled.
Tip: You can add colored sprinkles to give them a more festive touch.
