Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these cookies are perfect for a quick breakfast or a delicious snack.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 120 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 100 g of rolled oats
- 100 g of chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Beat the butter with the sugar until combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla.
- Add the flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
- Add the oats and chocolate chips.
- Form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Sweet tip: Store them in an airtight jar to preserve their texture for several days.
