Chocolate and hazelnut truffles

Easy, elegant, and delicious. A gourmet snack to give as a gift or enjoy guilt-free.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 100 ml of whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 20 toasted hazelnuts
  • Cocoa powder, grated coconut or granules for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate with the cream and add the vanilla.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  3. Form balls and place a hazelnut in the center of each one.
  4. Coat with the ingredient of your choice.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Sweet tip: Present truffles in small capsules for a professional touch.
